About Andora
What is Andora?
Andora is a responsible AI governance solution designed to operationalize the policies, technology, approvals, and people required to adopt AI responsibly across an organization.
Instead of leaving AI governance buried in static policy documents, Andora helps turn those requirements into actionable controls that employees and decision-makers can use in the flow of work.
What problem does Andora solve?
AI adoption often moves faster than the policies and approval processes designed to govern it. Employees may not know which tools are approved, which use cases require permission, or who has authority to make a decision.
Andora centralizes responsible AI governance so organizations can reduce approval bottlenecks, improve visibility, document decision-making, and accelerate responsible AI adoption.
Who is Andora designed for?
Andora is designed for corporate enterprises that need to govern AI across their business units, employees, and outside partners. It supports responsible adoption while giving legal, security, compliance, risk, procurement, and IT teams the oversight they need.
Is Andora only for legal or compliance teams?
No. Legal, security, compliance, risk, procurement, and IT may establish or oversee governance requirements, but AI is being used throughout the enterprise.
Andora is designed to give business units and employees clear guidance while giving governance teams visibility and oversight.
What makes Andora different from traditional AI governance software?
Andora software and future software updates are free. Your enterprise pays initial service fees to customize and connect Andora to its systems, rather than paying a recurring software licensing fee.
The approach combines AI governance technology, customization, direct involvement from Jared and Jutta, and access to implementation talent through TruLegal. Additional custom work is available through paid consulting hours when you need it.
Free Software, Setup & Data
Is Andora software really free?
Yes. Andora software is free, and so are future Andora software updates. Your enterprise pays initial service fees to customize and connect Andora to its systems. Once implemented, Andora is yours to use without annual software licensing fees.
What do we pay for?
You pay for the initial services needed to customize Andora and connect it to your enterprise's systems. After implementation, you pay for consulting hours only if you need additional custom work.
The Andora software itself and future software updates remain free. Free software does not mean that setup or custom consulting services are free.
Are there annual licensing or software subscription fees?
No. Andora does not charge annual licensing or software subscription fees. Initial setup and any additional custom consulting are paid services, not recurring charges for access to the software.
Is this a free trial or a time-limited software offer?
No. Andora's free-software model is not a trial that converts into a paid software subscription. Once implemented, your enterprise can continue using Andora without an annual software licensing fee. Initial setup and any additional custom consulting remain paid services.
Are future Andora software updates free?
Yes. Future Andora software updates are provided at no charge. You do not pay a software update fee to receive them.
If you need custom work specific to your systems or workflows, that work is handled separately through paid consulting hours. Free software updates do not include unlimited customization services.
Is Andora a SaaS product?
No. Andora is not a SaaS product. It is a free AI governance solution that is customized and connected to your enterprise's systems through paid initial setup services.
Does Andora charge per user?
No. Andora does not charge per-user or per-seat software licensing fees. Your enterprise can extend access without adding an Andora software license charge for each employee. Any additional custom work needed for your environment can be discussed separately with Jared and Jutta.
Does Andora charge tokenization or AI usage fees?
No. Andora does not charge tokenization or metered AI usage fees for its software. Jared and Jutta can review your connected tools and any environment-specific requirements during your demo.
Are there separate hosting fees?
No separate Andora hosting fees. The free Andora software is not sold with an additional Andora hosting charge. Your enterprise's deployment, systems, and data requirements are reviewed with Jared and Jutta during the demo and implementation planning.
Does Andora host our enterprise data?
Andora is designed around the principle that your organization should maintain control of its data. The model is not built around Andora becoming another third-party repository for your enterprise information.
Specific deployment, architecture, and data requirements are addressed during implementation based on your environment.
What is the difference between a free software update and paid custom work?
A software update is an update to Andora itself and is provided free of charge. Custom work adapts Andora to your enterprise's particular systems, connections, policies, or workflows and is delivered through paid consulting hours.
Jared and Jutta can explain what your organization needs during the demo and distinguish the free software from the services required for your environment.
When do we discuss initial setup fees and consulting costs?
Jared and Jutta will discuss service pricing and consulting hours with you during your demo after reviewing your systems, customization needs, and implementation scope. That conversation helps you understand the work involved and the associated service costs before moving forward.
Request a Demo to discuss your enterprise's requirements.
Can Andora be customized for our organization?
Yes. Andora is intended to reflect your organization's policies, approval structures, risk thresholds, use cases, business units, and governance requirements rather than forcing every organization into the same operating model.
Implementation & Consulting
What do the initial service fees cover?
Initial service fees cover the work needed to customize Andora for your enterprise and connect it to your systems. Jared and Jutta review your policies, workflows, required connections, and implementation needs with your team to define the setup scope.
These are service fees for getting Andora configured for your organization, not a charge to purchase or license the software.
How are consulting hours for initial setup discussed?
During your demo and setup discussion, Jared and Jutta review the customization and system connections your enterprise needs. They will explain the consulting work, hours, and service costs associated with that scope so you can review the initial services before moving forward.
How quickly can Andora be implemented?
Andora is designed for rapid deployment, with a target of becoming operational enterprise-wide in under six weeks for many organizations.
Actual timing depends on scope, policy complexity, stakeholder availability, customization, and technical requirements.
Who works with us during implementation?
Andora's founders, Jared and Jutta, work directly with your team during implementation to translate policies, workflows, governance requirements, and business objectives into an operational solution.
What role does TruLegal play?
TruLegal can provide specialized talent to support implementation, operationalization, training, program management, governance, and ongoing enterprise adoption.
This allows organizations to combine the Andora technology and governance framework with the people needed to make adoption work.
What should we bring to our demo with Jared and Jutta?
Be ready to discuss your current AI policies, the systems you use, the teams involved, and the governance challenges you want to address. Share any desired connections, customization needs, and timing goals so Jared and Jutta can explain the appropriate setup and consulting scope.
What if we already have an AI policy?
That is exactly where Andora can add value. Many organizations already have AI policies, but employees still struggle to understand how those policies apply to a specific tool, task, client, matter, vendor, or business decision.
Andora helps move policy from a document into an operational governance system.
What if our AI policies are still evolving?
AI governance is not static. Andora can help organizations rethink, refine, and operationalize evolving policies while creating a governance structure capable of adapting as technology, regulations, and business expectations change.
What if we need custom changes after implementation?
Additional changes specific to your systems, policies, workflows, or governance needs can be supported through paid consulting hours. Discuss the work you need with Jared and Jutta so they can review the scope and associated service costs.
The underlying Andora software and future software updates remain free.
Can we request help connecting a new system later?
Yes. If your enterprise later needs custom work to connect Andora to another system or adapt an existing connection, discuss the requirements with Jared and Jutta. They can review the work as a separate paid consulting engagement. Requesting custom work does not introduce an annual software licensing fee.
Are consulting hours included with free software updates?
No. Free software updates apply to Andora software, not an included bank of consulting or customization hours. If your organization needs additional hands-on custom work, those consulting services are discussed and paid for separately.
AI Governance & Adoption
How does Andora help employees know which AI tools they can use?
Andora can provide a centralized authorized AI catalog that gives employees clear visibility into which tools are approved, conditionally approved, or restricted.
Guidance can be connected to specific tasks, use cases, policies, or governance requirements so employees do not have to guess.
Can Andora govern different AI use cases differently?
Yes. Responsible AI governance is not simply about approving or blocking an application. The same technology may carry different requirements depending on the task, data, client, matter, business unit, or risk involved.
Andora is designed to bring that context into the governance process.
How does Andora reduce AI approval bottlenecks?
Andora helps distinguish between decisions that can be automated and those that genuinely require human approval.
This can reduce approval waitlists, stand-by lines, backlogs, repetitive emails, and queues that stall work and slow AI adoption.
Does Andora replace human decision-making?
No. Andora is designed to automate routine governance while preserving human review for the decisions that require legal, security, compliance, risk, partner, or executive judgment.
Can Andora require attestations or verification before AI is used?
Yes. Governance workflows can incorporate attestations, verification checkpoints, policy acknowledgments, and other controls intended to confirm that required conditions have been satisfied before or during AI use.
How does Andora address unapproved or unvetted AI tools?
Andora provides employees with clearer guidance around approved technology while helping governance teams establish controls for unvetted tools and higher-risk use cases.
The goal is to address risky behavior before sensitive information is placed into an inappropriate tool rather than discovering the problem afterward.
Can Andora govern third-party AI vendors?
Yes. AI governance can extend beyond tools developed or purchased directly by the organization. Andora can help incorporate vendor requirements, approved technologies, contractual obligations, and external provider oversight into a consistent governance framework.
What kind of audit trail does Andora create?
Andora is designed to create a documented, tamper-evident record of approvals, attestations, governance decisions, and responsible oversight.
This gives security, legal, compliance, clients, and regulators greater visibility into who made a decision, what was approved, and how governance requirements were applied.
Outside Counsel & Legal Spend
How does Andora help legal departments govern outside counsel AI use?
Andora helps corporate legal departments rethink and modernize Outside Counsel Guidelines so expectations for AI use are clearly established and operationalized rather than left only in a policy document or engagement letter.
Can Andora compare outside counsel invoices against our OCGs?
Andora can support automated analysis of outside counsel billing against applicable guidelines, approved practices, and AI-related expectations, helping legal teams identify where invoices and agreed requirements do not align.
Can Andora identify billing discrepancies or misaligned spend?
Yes. Billing reconciliation can help surface charges, inconsistencies, or AI-related work that falls outside approved practices, giving legal departments greater visibility before those costs disappear into overall legal spend.
Does Andora support reconciliation and billback?
Andora is designed to turn billing analysis into an actionable reconciliation process, helping legal teams identify discrepancies, address them with outside counsel, and support appropriate billback or recovery workflows.
Risk, Compliance & Business Performance
Can Andora support EU AI Act readiness?
Andora can support AI governance readiness by helping organizations document use cases, classify risk, establish oversight, maintain approval records, and create auditability around AI decision-making.
These capabilities can support governance programs responding to frameworks such as the EU AI Act. Andora does not replace legal advice regarding an organization's specific regulatory obligations.
How does Andora help security, legal, and compliance teams?
Andora gives oversight teams greater visibility into what AI is being used, under what rules, who approved it, and what decisions were made.
The resulting audit trail can help support regulatory, compliance, client, and internal governance requirements.
Can Andora help organizations measure AI adoption?
Andora can provide visibility into adoption and governance activity across the enterprise, helping leaders understand where AI is being used and how responsible adoption is progressing.
Can Andora help measure business impact or ROI?
Andora can help organizations connect AI adoption with operational measures such as capacity created, turnaround, tool usage, approval velocity, cost controls, and business-unit activity.
This gives leaders greater visibility into where AI is creating value and where additional governance or adoption support may be needed.
How does Andora accelerate business performance?
Responsible AI governance should make safe adoption easier, not simply add another approval layer. Andora helps remove unnecessary friction by giving employees clearer guidance, automating routine governance, and escalating only the decisions that require human judgment.
The result is a governance model designed to help organizations move faster while maintaining responsible oversight.
Does Andora replace our existing governance, legal, security, or IT systems?
Andora is designed to provide an operational AI governance layer, not automatically replace every system already used by legal, security, IT, procurement, or compliance.
The implementation can be shaped around the organization's existing environment and the systems and processes that already work well.
