The Founders
Andora was created by Jared Coseglia and Jutta Williams to solve a growing challenge: organizations are
adopting AI faster than policies, approvals, and governance processes can keep up. Together, they built
Andora to turn responsible AI governance into something practical, operational, and scalable.
Built to make responsible AI governance operational, not theoretical.
Jared and Jutta created Andora to close the gap between AI policy and how AI is actually used across an organization. Their focus is simple: give people clear guidance, remove unnecessary approval bottlenecks, and make responsible AI adoption easier to operationalize.
Andora’s founders work directly with clients to translate policies, risk standards, vendor requirements, and approval processes into practical governance workflows. Combined with TruLegal’s implementation talent, Andora brings together the technology, people, and expertise needed to accelerate responsible AI adoption.

Jutta J. Williams
Founder
Jutta J. Williams is an accomplished technology executive with over twenty years of experience leading AI governance, privacy engineering, and product trust programs across global technology platforms and Fortune 100 enterprises. Her work is defined by real-world implementation—translating complex regulatory requirements, international safety standards, and risk frameworks directly into production engineering workflows and product roadmaps. Having operationalized governance during periods of acute regulatory scrutiny and high-stakes corporate scale, Jutta bridges the gap between high-level risk management and practical product delivery.
• Hyper-Scale Product & Ethics Leadership: Served as Head of Product for ML Ethics and Responsible AI at Twitter, where she translated academic research into live production PRDs and pioneered the world's first Algorithmic Bias Bounty Challenge at DEFCON.
• High-Stakes Remediation & Pre-IPO Scale: Led Facebook's central technical privacy remediation projects across global AI infrastructure following a $5B FTC penalty, and served as Senior Director at Reddit to establish enterprise data governance ahead of its IPO.
• Regulated AI & Clinical Systems: Built the regulatory compliance and quality management infrastructure for Google Health AI, operationalizing predictive machine learning models into compliant clinical software.
• Global Policy & Standards Leadership: Inaugural Chair and Head of the US Delegation to the ISO for Artificial Intelligence (ISO/IEC JTC 1/SC 42), co-author of the IAPP Certified AI Governance Professional (AIGP) curriculum, and advisor to the U.S. Senate and the Government of Singapore.
Driven by extensive experience across engineering, legal, and research domains, Jutta ensures that AI governance functions not as a manual bottleneck, but as an engine for product velocity, security, and market trust.
